The hotel is clean and ideal, offers marvellous and incredible location to Hyde park. The staff is very good and the atmosphere is FAMILY. Make sure to get triple room with good value for money, a single bed and airconditioning.

I liked the relaxed atmosphere - the staff were most helpful but not intrusively so - the easy use of the computer to check email at any time was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent - varied and plentiful and I liked the fact that I was not having to pay for a cooked breakfast I did not want, cooked breakfast being ordered and paid for separately if required. Also, the wide spread of breakfast hours was ideal. The location is perfect and the walk back from Lancaster Gate tube station easy and safe. I should certainly stay there again and have already recommended the hotel to other people.
I was in a double room and there was not really anywhere to unpack everything nor anywhere to keep an open suitcase - I managed to tuck it on the floor but it was not at all convenient and, had there been two of us in the room with luggage, it would have been difficult to manage. Even the chair by the desk/dressing table surface did not have room to pull out as it was fairly jammed against the bottom of the bed. None of this mattered to me but it might be important to a couple planning to book a room.

I am aware that a lot of socalled three star hotels in London are not all that they appear to be on the internet, but this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets were dusty, the room so small I could barely put my luggage on the floor and a shower so small that it was very difficult not to flood the whole floor. There was no safe in the room, not Sateelite tv and worst of all, there was no air conditioning. The electric socket was so close to the built in cupboard that it was impossible to use it to charge my mobile phone. When I moved to another room, the staff was extremely unfriendly and at first refused to move me. At 80 pounds per night I expected more.

It's a convenient small hotel with particularly good and magnificent location in Westminster Borough district near restaurant's, Hyde Park and Train Station on the Central Line which is very easy to get to anywhere and the Central Line. The staff are pleasant and really care about the guests. A busy bar does the trick. Totally recommended for a holiday.

Satisfactory breakfast choices with yogurt and nutella, as example, family atmosphere.

that pretty small TV which provided us lots of useful weather information. Having it, Chou mic and I could choose the right umbrella. Chou mic smells good on Christmas day. Chou mare used the blow drier for his beautiful hair. Chou mare thought to erect a wind turbine next to that big and comfortable bed because from the large window came a draught. we had many towels used instead of blanket. Chou mic: London resembles Bucharest. Chou mare: London offered us almost the same sensations as Bucharest.

Modern decor in the dining area adds a festive touch, with Christmas crackers and cheerful napkins. The breakfast selection might be small, but never left anyone hungry .
Rooms are tighter than a Wookiee's grip, with barely enough space to maneuver. Shower water temperature swings like a Tatooine weather vane. Noise creeps in from outside, especially with early morning traffic rumbling past, and the floors can be a bit gritty underfoot. You'll find odd water leaks haunting your evenings if luck isn't on your side, turning a simple night into an unexpected adventure.

Location was quite central. We managed to walked to Oxford st from the hotel. Staff was very friendly.
The hotel was kind of old, the room was quite small but its definitely do-able.

This was the worst deal I have ever made in my life. I paid 149 pounds per night for a very cheap hotel. room was very small, I can hardly move around. very hot- no air condition. reception staff are rude. No assistance is provided with carrying luggage. my room was in the 4th floor and lift is up to 3rd floor. stairs are narrow.

Only the price, and that only because it was a Booked.net special offer.
The toilel stank - there was some kind of plumbing problam. The roon was small, cramped and badly designed. This is the sort of hotel which gives London a bad reputation, and should be closed down.

Everything was ok)) location in a 10 minutes bus trip from Oxford street, various attractions, a lot of cafes and restaurants next to the hotel, Paddington station and a pleasant staff)) My Tv set was not in order, and I was immediately suggested another room with a twin bed though I was travelling alone))
We Russians got used to a large space and from the first sight I was surprised with so small tiny rooms and a narrow corridors between them) but it didnt disturb much as I stayed there not for a long time) Besides most of such hotels are quite the same.
